Castano Cove

Completed in late 2025, Castano Cove was designed as a modern detached ADU added directly to the owners' backyard, positioned thoughtfully just across from the pool. Defined by striking contemporary lines, clean stucco finishes, and warm under-eave wood accents, the building sits naturally within its outdoor entertainment setting. The project features an expansive rooftop deck and a flexible floor plan, functioning together as a highly adaptable multipurpose space. The structure easily serves as a distraction-free office or a quiet daily retreat, while transforming into an independent pool house and elevated viewing deck for hosting backyard events during the holidays and weekend gatherings. Inside, a refined galley kitchen features light gray shaker cabinetry, warm brass hardware, and a vertically stacked tile backsplash, balancing practical utility with a sophisticated, highly tailored aesthetic.
