Rooted in a deep attachment to their established neighborhood, the owners of Dellview chose to completely reimagine their existing residence rather than relocate. The extensive single-family remodel preserved the home's original garage and footprint, focusing instead on a total interior transformation. To enhance the home's connection to the private backyard, the exterior envelope was upgraded with new windows and a large sliding glass door at the rear of the kitchen and dining area, bringing in soft daylight and framing views of the outdoor space. Near the front of the home, a compact, custom office space was thoughtfully integrated directly into the open entry layout. Inside the main living zone, the kitchen design brings together elegant hardware, crisp countertops, and tailored lighting fixtures that pair beautifully with the modern millwork. Built-in cabinetry anchors the private quarters, integrating custom vanity desks, dedicated mirrors, and a striking, hidden Murphy bookshelf door that isolates a bedroom from the active kitchen zone. The bathrooms display a similar level of rigorous detail, combining deep, rich finishes with elegant hardware selections.
